剣詩舞道家として、後進の育成と国際的な文化交流に力を注ぎ、
剣詩舞を通じて日本人の精神性と身体表現の魅力を国内外に発信している。
京都「サムライ剣舞シアター」での活動に加え、
現在も訪日外国人に対し英語での剣詩舞体験指導を継続的に行っており、
海外から直接指導を求めて来日する方への個別指導も行っている。
国内では、コンクールでの入賞や、
京都・上賀茂神社や伏見稲荷大社、
東京・大宮八幡宮などの寺院での奉納演舞、
プロフェッショナルアーティストやメジャーミュージシャンとの共演などを通じて、剣詩舞の認知拡大に努めている。
海外では、「Japan Expo（タイ）」やギリシャ・レフカダ島での小泉八雲誕生祭、
イタリアのFestival dell’Orienteなどに出演し、国際的な文化交流にも貢献している。
また、リオ・パラリンピック閉会式にソロ出演した義足ダンサー・大前光市氏や、
東京パラリンピック開会式に出演した義手・義足ダンサー・キャロットよしえ氏への指導も行っている。
幅広い舞踊表現の可能性を探求するとともに、
剣詩舞の魅力を国内外に広める国際的な文化活動に尽力している。

As a master of Ken-Shi-Butoh (Ken-Shibu), he is dedicated to nurturing the next generation and promoting international cultural exchange, sharing the spirit and expressive power of Japanese dance both in Japan and abroad.
In addition to his work with the Kyoto “Samurai Kenbu Theater,” he continues to provide Ken-Shibu workshops in English for visiting foreigners and offers private instruction to students who come to Japan specifically for lessons.
Domestically, he has contributed to the recognition of Ken-Shibu through awards in competitions, dedication performances at temples such as Kamigamo Shrine and Fushimi Inari Taisha in Kyoto, and Ōmiya Hachimangū in Tokyo, as well as collaborations with professional artists and major musicians.
Internationally, he has performed at events including Japan Expo (Thailand), the Koizumi Yakumo Birth Festival on Lefkada Island in Greece, and the Festival dell’Oriente in Italy, actively promoting cultural exchange.
He has also guided notable performers, including Koichi Ōmae, a leg-amputee dancer who performed solo at the Rio Paralympics Closing Ceremony, and Yoshie “Carrot,” a dancer with prosthetic arms and legs who performed at the Tokyo Paralympics Opening Ceremony.
Continuously exploring the full potential of dance expression, he remains committed to promoting the art of Ken-Shibu and advancing international cultural activities.

Come maestro di Ken-Shi-Butoh (Ken-Shibu), dedica la sua energia alla formazione delle nuove generazioni e alla promozione dello scambio culturale internazionale, diffondendo in Giappone e all’estero lo spirito e l’espressività corporea tipici del Ken-Shibu.
Oltre alle attività presso il Kyoto “Samurai Kenbu Theater”, continua a offrire workshop di Ken-Shibu in inglese per i visitatori stranieri e lezioni private per studenti che si recano appositamente in Giappone per ricevere istruzioni individuali.
In Giappone contribuisce alla diffusione del Ken-Shibu attraverso premi in concorsi, esibizioni di dedizione presso templi come Kamigamo e Fushimi Inari a Kyoto, e Ōmiya Hachimangū a Tokyo, nonché collaborazioni con artisti professionisti e musicisti di rilievo.
A livello internazionale ha partecipato a eventi come il Japan Expo (Thailandia), il Koizumi Yakumo Birth Festival sull’isola di Lefkada in Grecia e il Festival dell’Oriente in Italia, promuovendo lo scambio culturale.
Ha inoltre fornito guida a performer paralimpici, tra cui Koichi Ōmae, ballerino con gamba artificiale che si è esibito in solo alla cerimonia di chiusura delle Paralimpiadi di Rio, e Yoshie “Carrot”, ballerina con arti protesici che ha partecipato alla cerimonia di apertura delle Paralimpiadi di Tokyo.
